Last updated October 2026
This notice explains what personal information LOMA Roofing collects when you get in touch, why, and what we do with it. We keep it simple: we only use your details to deal with your enquiry and your job.
Who we are
LOMA Roofing is a trading name of Eddie Louden, a sole trader. Eddie is responsible for your personal information.
Address: Based in North Ayrshire
Email: info@lomaroofing.co.uk
Phone: 07588 431133
What we collect
When you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, phone number, address or area, details of the job, and photos of your roof.
The quote form on this website does not send anything to us or store anything on our website. It opens WhatsApp on your own phone or computer with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, price your job and arrange a visit. We do this because you have asked us to, before entering a contract with you.
- To carry out the work and invoice you. This is needed for our contract with you.
- To keep business and tax records, as the law requires.
We never sell your details, and we don't send marketing messages.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of services to run the business, and they handle your information for us:
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you contact us that way
- Google Workspace, for our email
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
- Our accountant, for tax records
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead with a job, we delete your details within 12 months. If we do work for you, we keep your details and job records for up to 6 years, because we need them for tax and for any guarantee on the work.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use Google Analytics. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process basic technical information such as your IP address to keep the site secure and working.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email info@lomaroofing.co.uk or call us.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
